Advanced Energy

Speedboat Inject

Speedboat™ Inject is the first Advanced Energy multi-modal instrument designed for flexible endoscopy that can deliver both precise advanced bipolar radio frequency cutting and super high frequency microwave energy from a single device.

  • A unique usability and safety profile
  • Optimal tissue effect
  • Improved clinical and economic outcomes
  • Expanded capabilities in therapeutic endoscopy

Why use Speedboat Inject?

The CROMA Advanced Energy platform and Speedboat Inject offer a novel solution: Speedboat Submucosal Dissection (SSD) - that takes endoscopic resection to new levels, bringing the control and precision of Advanced Energy to the Endoscopy suite for the first time.

Using Speedboat Inject to perform SSD (Speedboat-assisted ESD) combines the benefits of advanced bipolar radiofrequency and super high frequency microwave energy and offers the ability to dissect, resect, coagulate and inject in a single device.

Features and Benefits

  • Advanced bipolar RF blade with adaptive technology
  • 5.8 GHz super high frequency microwave with on-demand controlled coagulation
  • Integrated injection needle
  • Protective hull, designed for safety
  • 1:1 rotational feel, enabling predictable rotation for precise control

Expanded capabilities in therapeutic endoscopy

Advanced Bipolar RF

CROMA: The power behind SSD

The CROMA Advanced Energy platform and Speedboat Inject offer a novel solution: Speedboat Submucosal Dissection (SSD) - that takes endoscopic resection to new levels, bringing the control and precision of Advanced Energy to the Endoscopy suite for the first time. Using Speedboat Inject to perform SSD combines the benefits of advanced bipolar RF and super high frequency microwave energy and offers the ability to dissect, resect, coagulate and inject in a single device.

“To be able to sit the device on the muscle bed, and safely and securely coagulate vessels and tissue without causing injury or tissue damage was the wow factor as to why I want to use this product”

Dr. Eduardo Albeniz
Endoscopy Unit at Complejo Hospitalario de Navarra

“Finally, I got the product I was waiting for, and I want the world to know!”

Dr. Sergei Vosko
Chief Endoscopist and the founder of advanced endoscopy resection unit, Assaf HaRofeh Medical Center

“I have been using monopolar energy for many years, I am still worried about getting close to the muscle bed, but with this device I no longer have that concern. The safety profile and localised delivery gives me the confidence to get closer to the muscle bed for a deeper dissection”

Dr. Regi George
Royal Oldham Hospital

“We have been really pleased with the results for both our patients and our service. With the development of this service we are now able to offer patients treatment closer to home. ”

Lisa Neal
Programme Manager, East Kent Hospitals University Trust
